Andrew Conway (born 11 July 1991) is a professional rugby union player for Blackrock College RFC and Leinster Rugby. Conway made his senior debut for Leinster in the Magners League against the Scarlets as a late substitution where he set up Jonathan Sexton's try. He made his starting debut for Leinster on the 7th of march with a victory over the Cardiff Blues in Cardiff. This is an impressive feat considering his young age, having made his senior debut less than a year after leaving secondary school. While attending Blackrock he helped the school win both the Senior and Junior cup. Competitions which current Internationals and current colleagues such as Jonathan Sexton, Luke Fitzgerald ang Gordon D'Arcy have also won. In 2010 he was a part of Ireland's U20s Six Nations Championship winning team.
