Lermoos is a municipality in the Austrian district of Reutte, Tyrol.It consists of 2 places. Unterdorf and Oberdorf, which are separated from Eachother. Lermoos has a wide variety of shops including 2 supermarkets, mpreis and spar. Lermoos is most popular for its skiing and snowboarding in the winter and is very popular resort in the zugspitz arena. It is with langes resorts. The town has many hotels ,two popular being the Hotel Alpenrose and the Hotel Post. The Hotel Edelweiss,Sporthotel Loisach, Haus Sonja and the Hotel Rustica are also nice. The vilage is set on a beautiful location and looking towards the Zugspitze(the highest mountain in Germany) and the Sonnenspitze. The town also has some lovely restaurents like the Baurenstube,Jones Dorfstuberl,Cafe Franco,Cafe Sam and many more. There is good public transport to lermoos. There is buses for all skiers running around the resorts. There is also a train station (DB Regio) to connect you to larger towns eg. Garmisch Partenkirch and Reutte. This would be youre best and cheapest option if youre are flying into Munich Airport or Innsbruck. Lermoos is highly recomended and is a lovely town in a lovely place!
