引用: Naheere, commonly known as "Entrance to Heaven", is a practice of Syriac people in the Syriac Orthodox Church which includes a church sermon. It is celebrated on the eve of Monday during Holy Week (evening of Palm Sunday). The word 'Naheere" is Syriac ( a dialect of Middle Aramaic) for light. The occasion celebrates how, if one asks Jesus into his heart, Jesus comes in and shows you the ligh. You are accepted by his grace into heaven.
