Street Singer is a hard bop album jointly led by tenor Tina Brooks and alto Jackie McLean and taken from a session recorded on September 2, 1960, and released on the Blue Note label. It features performances by Brooks, McLean, Blue Mitchell, Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers and Art Taylor. The album was never released as planned, however all these tracks later appeared on the McLean album Jackie's Bag.
