1. (transitive) To place (something) in cases (a box that contains or can contain a number of identical items of manufacture); to be covered in a case (a box, sheath, or covering generally); to enclose or seal as if by a case.

   We have to case up those bottles.

2. (transitive, slang, African-American Vernacular) Synonym of catch a case (to commit a crime and be arrested for it)

   I can't believe you got cased up for what happened at the store.

3. (transitive, slang) Synonym of case (to survey (a building or other location) surreptitiously, as in preparation for a robbery)

   He cased up the nicest houses in the neighborhood.
