Struffoli is a Neapolitan dish made of deep fried balls of dough about the size of marbles. Struffoli are crunchy on the outside and light inside. They are mixed with honey and other sweet things. There are many different ways to dress them, but the traditional way is: honey with some very little sweet confection called "diavulilli" (literally: "little devils"), some little sweet cinnamon taste confection, bits of orange rind.
