(1) Where, prior to the coming into force of this Act, an applicationfor registration of an industrial design has been made under The Registered Design Act 1949 of the United Kingdom as amended by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 of the United Kingdom and is pending registration, the applicant may, within a period of twelve months from the coming intoforce of this Act, make an application for the registration of the industrialdesign under this Act, and such application shall be accorded the priority date which has been accorded to it in the United Kingdom.例文帳に追加
