２　前項の規定により商品取引所（法第百七十九条第六項において法第百三条第五項を準用する場合には商品取引清算機関）が国債証券、地方債証券、特別の法律により法人の発行する債券、日本銀行の発行する出資証券、株券、社債券、受益証券又は倉荷証券について充用価格の最高限度額を定めた後において、時価が当該最高限度額を下回ることとなったときは、商品取引所（法第百七十九条第六項において法第百三条第五項を準用する場合には商品取引清算機関）は、遅滞なく、前項の規定により当該最高限度額を変更しなければならない。例文帳に追加
