František "Frank" Kaberle (Czech pronunciation: [ˈfrancɪʃɛk ˈkabɛrlɛ]) (born November 8, 1973) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman, currently playing for HC Pardubice of the Czech Extraliga. During the 2005–06 season, he won his first Stanley Cup with the Carolina Hurricanes. He has previously played for Modo Hockey, the Los Angeles Kings, the Atlanta Thrashers, and the Hurricanes. Kaberle was drafted 76th overall the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Kings. His brother Tomáš Kaberle plays for the Carolina Hurricanes, and his father, František Kaberle, Sr. used to play for the Czechoslovak national ice hockey team as well. Both of the Kaberle brothers were named to the Czech national ice hockey team for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy.
