Karen Struthers (born 19 February 1963) is an Australian politician. She represents the electoral district of Algester in the Queensland Legislative Assembly, having held the seat since its inception at the 2001 state election. She first entered parliament after the 1998 election, winning the seat of Archerfield subsequent to the retirement of sitting member, Len Ardill. In March, 2009 she was promoted to the state Cabinet, taking on the roles of Minister for Community Services and Housing and Minister for Women.
