Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding A.Ş., abbreviated as Sabancı Holding, is the largest industrial and financial conglomerate in Turkey by profit. The holding is owned at about 58% by the Sabancı family, one of Turkey's wealthiest. 3% is owned by Sabancı University and Sabancı Foundation. The remaining 39% is listed in the Istanbul Stock Exchange (IMKB). Şevket Sabancı family and Demir Sabancı have sold their stake in the holding corporation, after a dispute with the controlling family members. Erol Sabancı family, Sevil Sabancı, Dilek Sabancı, Serra Sabancı are major sharehoders and represent the board, whereas, Ömer Sabancı and Demet Sabancı are only shareholders and are not included in the board of members.
