Springing the Bluesとは 意味・読み方・使い方

The Springing the Blues Festival, in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, is one of the largest and oldest blues festivals on the East Coast. It is held on the first weekend in April every year. The dates for 2008 were Friday, April 4, Saturday, April 5, and Sunday, April 6 at the Seawalk Plaza at Jacksonville Beach. In 2010, it was marked the 20th year of the festival and new features were added such as, an exhibit at Beaches Historical Museum and a story contest. The event is free and is mainly sponsored by George's Music.
