The official dress of the members of the Patent Nullity Department and the Appeals Department of the Patent Office consists of a robe and a biretta. It corresponds to the official dress prescribed for judges in §1 of the Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Justice, BGBl. No. 133/1962, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl.
