Delek is listed on the Tel Aviv stock exchange through: Green Venture Capital Ltd, a fund with investments in 130 high-tech companies in the telecommunications, data security, multimedia, electronics & other industries, YT America Israel Investments Ltd, focused on commercial & residential buildings in the US & Canada, as well as Elad Hotels Ltd. Delek owns the El-Ad Group, an Israeli-based real-estate company with headquarters in Tel Aviv as well as its subsidiary ElAd Properties, in New York. The company is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and has a market capitalisation of US$ 320 Million.
