A declaration may be made in Papua New Guinea before a Commissioner for Oaths; and in a part of Her Majesty's dominions other than Papua New Guinea before a Judge, Magistrate, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, a Commissioner for Affidavits, or a member of the diplomatic staff or a consular officer of the Papua New Guinea mission or a person authorized by the law of that part to administer oaths or take declarations; and in any other place before a Judge of a court the jurisdiction of which is unlimited, one of Her Majesty's Consuls or Vice-Consuls, a Notary Public, or a member of the diplomatic staff or a consular officer of the Papua New Guinea mission.例文帳に追加
