第二十六条　法務大臣は、仮拘禁許可状により拘禁されている犯罪人について、外務大臣から第三条の規定による引渡しの請求に関する書面の送付を受けた場合において、第四条第一項各号の一に該当するため同条同項の規定による命令をしないときは、東京高等検察庁検事長及び当該犯罪人にその旨を通知するとともに、東京高等検察庁検事長に対し、当該犯罪人の釈放を命じなければならない。例文帳に追加

Article 26 (1) The Minister of Justice shall, when he/she receives documents regarding the extradition of an offender who is being detained under a provisional detention permit as provided for in Article 3 from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, but does not issue the order provided for in paragraph (1) of Article 4 because the case falls under one of the items contained in that paragraph, notify the Superintending Prosecutor of the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office and the offender concerned thereof and order the Superintending Prosecutor of the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office to release the offender concerned.  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
