1. The accomplishment of the formalities referred to in Article 32 of the Law shall be subject to the filing of a request, coming from the owner of the patent application or of the patent, or from his representative, for the purpose of obtaining the entry into the Register, either of the declaration of withdrawing the patent application or the declaration of renouncing the patent or some of the claims of the patent.例文帳に追加
