1. A building material composed of miscellaneous materials, such as broken bricks, cobblestones, pebbles, sand, and pieces of wood embedded in hydraulic lime, used primarily in the English seaside resort of Brighton.

     The properties in Charles Street are amongst the first purpose built visitor homes in Brighton. Like the local houses constructed before them and after, they are made in part of bungaroosh (a local Sussex name for flint かつ lime wall), brick, lime-plaster and timber.
