前立腺がんの発見するための検査に用いられる物質。前立腺の細胞に結合するモノクローナル抗体を構成要素の一部としており、さらに、放射性同位元素と結合できる物質が結合されている。カプロマブペンデチドはインジウム111とともに体内に注入される。その後、ガンマカメラ（放射能を検出できる特殊なカメラ）を使用して体内に前立腺がん細胞がないか探索する。カプロマブペンデチドは免疫抱合体の一種である。「prostascint」とも呼ばれる。
