outlander (plural outlanders)

1. A foreigner or alien.
   • 1940, Lloyd's List Law Reports:

     It will be observed that it does not say "inlanders" or "excluding outlanders"; it simply says "by Germans," an expression which covers both inlanders and outlanders "for passages in foreign ships."
