TET-1 (Technologieerprobungsträger, Technology Experiment Carrier) is a microsatellite program of the German space agency DLR. It is the main part of the OOV-Program (On Orbit Verification), initiated to offer on orbit verification possibilities to the German industrial and scientific aerospace community. Two satellites have been planned for the program, TET-1 starting 2010 and an optional TET-2 with a launch date 2011. TET is based on the satellite bus used for the microsatellite BIRD launched in 2001.
