According to the survey, the balance of outstanding loans provided to small- and medium-size enterprises have been declining since September last year. However, the main reason for this is a problem related to borrower companies' sales, rather than financial institutions' restrictive lending stance, as I told you. We intend to grasp how the situation has changed, including with regard to matters like this.
