３ 会社法第九百十五条第一項及び第二項（変更の登記）、第九百十六条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）（他の登記所の管轄区域内への本店の移転の登記）、第九百十七条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）（職務執行停止の仮処分等の登記）並びに第九百十八条（支配人の登記）の規定は、特定目的会社の本店の所在地における登記について準用する。この場合において、同法第九百十五条第一項中「第九百十一条第三項各号又は前三条各号」とあるのは「資産流動化法第二十二条第二項各号」と、同条第二項中「第百九十九条第一項第四号」とあるのは「資産流動化法第三十六条第一項第四号」と、「株式」とあるのは「特定出資」と、同法第九百十六条第一号中「第九百十一条第三項各号」とあるのは「資産流動化法第二十二条第二項各号」と読み替えるものとするほか、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - Note: In relation to the reliability of financial reporting, policies and procedures that have the potential to influence the contents of financial reports must ensure that operations are performed as intended by management.
