第百十二条　組合の役員がいかなる名義をもつてするを問合わず、組合の事業の範囲外において、貸付けをし、手形の割引をし、若しくは預金若しくは定期積金の受入れをし、又は投機取引のために組合の財産を処分したときは、三年以下の懲役又は百万円以下の罰金（信用協同組合又は第九条の九第一項第一号の事業を行う協同組合連合の役員にあつては、三年以下の懲役又は三百万円以下の罰金）に処する。例文帳に追加

Article 112 (1) When an officer of a cooperative has, under any name, provided a loan, discounted a negotiable instrument, accepted a deposit or an installment saving, or disposed of property of the cooperative for the purpose of speculative transactions, outside the scope of activities of the cooperative, he/she shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than three years or a fine of not more than one million yen (imprisonment with work for not more than three years or a fine of not more than three million yen in the case of a credit cooperative or a federation of cooperatives engaged in the activities set forth in Article 9-9, paragraph (1), item (i)).発音を聞く  - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
