２　産業廃棄物処理基準に適合しない使用済自動車産業廃棄物、解体自動車又は特定再資源化物品（以下この項において「使用済自動車産業廃棄物等」という。）の処分が行われた場合（自動車製造業者等又は指定再資源化機関が引き取った特定再資源化物品について当該処分が行われた場合を除く。）において、当該使用済自動車産業廃棄物等に係る一連の引取り若しくは引渡し又は再資源化の行程における移動報告に係る義務について、次の各号のいずれかに該当する者があるときは、その者は、廃棄物処理法第十九条の五の規定の適用については、同条第一項第三号に掲げる者に該当するものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
