Simon Corbell (born 21 November 1970) is an Australian politician in the Australian Capital Territory, and is one of the seven members of the Legislative Assembly electorate of Molonglo, representing the Australian Labor Party. First elected in January 1997 in a countback following the resignation of former Chief Minister Rosemary Follett, he was a minister in the Stanhope government (2001-11), continuing in the Gallagher government (2011- ), and at present is the Attorney-General, Minister for Police and Emergency Services and Manager of Government Business. Prior to the 2004 election he was Minister for Health and for Planning and Land Management.
