SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ITERATIVE CHANNEL ESTIMATION AND SIGNAL DETECTION WITH MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD FOR OFDM SYSTEM

To perform iterative channel estimation and signal detection with the maximum likelihood in the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system.

By means of iterative processes, a channel pulse response and a transmission signal which minimize the cost function are estimated correlatively, and channel estimation and signal detection are achieved simultaneously without requiring special knowledge about the channel.
