Article 73-4 (1) The pilot in command may, from the moment when all external doors of the aircraft are closed for takeoff until the moment when any such door is opened for disembarkation after landing, in the case where he/she has reasonable grounds to believe that a person on board the aircraft has committed or is about to commit any safety impeding act, impose upon such a person restraint or other necessary measures (except the order to be issued pursuant to the provision of paragraph (5)) to deter the act, or disembark the offending person, within the limit necessary for the preservation of safety of the aircraft, protection of any other person or property therein, or maintenance of order or discipline on board.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
