Tekke can refer to:
- The Teke are a tribe of southern Turkmenistan most famous for their horses, the Ahal-Teke desert horse.
- Tekke or Tekye (تكيه), the Turkish and Balkan word equivalent to the Persian word khanqah (and the Arabic word zawyah), a building designed specifically for gatherings of a Sufi brotherhood (tariqa).
- Teqe, the Albanian word for cemevi, a Bektashi place of worship.
