第四十六条　公共の用に供する飛行場の設置者又は航空保安施設（国土交通省令で定めるものを除く。）の設置者が第四十二条第三項の届出をした場合は、国土交通大臣は、当該施設の名称、位置、設備の概要その他国土交通省令で定める事項を告示しなければならない。告示した事項に変更があつたとき、又は当該施設の供用の休止、再開若しくは廃止があつたときも同様である。例文帳に追加

Article 46 The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism shall, when he/she has received public notice under Article 42 paragraph (3) from any public aerodrome provider or any air navigation facility provider (except those stipulated under Ordinances of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism), give public notice of the name and location of the facility concerned, outline of the installations and any other matters specified under Ordinances of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
