素材失認の英語

自己又は他人のために利益を得る目的で，又は他人に損失を与えることを意図して，商標権者の許諾を得ることなく次のことをする者は，犯罪をなしたものとする。次のことに使用されることが意図された素材に，登録商標と同一又は誤認される虞のある標識を使用すること。商品のラベル付け又は包装，商品に関わる営業書類として，又は，商品の広告。商品のラベル付け又は包装，商品に関する営業書類として又は商品の広告のために，当該標識を付した素材を営業として使用すること，又は，自己又は他人がに基づく犯罪にあたる何れかを行う目的で，営業として当該素材を所有，保管又は管理すること。例文帳に追加
