Graham Alan Cray is the Team Leader of Fresh Expressions and Archbishops' Missioner. Born on 21 April 1947 Cray was educated at Leeds University and St John's College, Nottingham before beginning his career with a curacy at St Mark's Church, Gillingham. Cray later spent fourteen years at St Michael-le-Belfry in York (at first working with, and later succeeding, the Revd Canon David Watson[1]) before becoming Principal of Ridley Hall theological college in Cambridge, and later the Bishop of Maidstone in 2001. In 2008 he was appointed to lead the Archbishop of Canterbury's Fresh Expressions Team. He is the Chairman of Soul Survivor.
