Janet Susan Birkmyre (born 10 August 1966 in the Worcester area) is an English track racing cyclist. She took up cycling in 2003 and has since won 10 World Masters Championship races (2 in 2005, 3 in 2006 and 5 in 2010) plus 12 European Masters titles and 24 National Masters titles. She also became the elite National Derny Champion in 2008. In September 2006 she broke the World Masters Record (40-49 category) in the 500m TT in Manchester, with a time of 37.239, she also holds the European Masters Records (40-49) for the 200m TT (12.268) and the pursuit (2.37.030). Birkmyre also broke the National Tandem Record for 5 km on the 16 May 2006 in a new time of 6:45:848.
