Evan Scott Olson is a rock singer and songwriter based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Born in West Point, New York during the "Summer Of Love," 1967, his father was an officer in the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Olson has recorded seven albums including "One Room" (Universal) and "Red" (LoveCat Music). Although he primarily plays guitar, he plays most of the instruments on his CDs. In the late 1980s, while still in college, he was in the group Majosha. He then went on to become a member of the pop group Bus Stop. He has also written and recorded several television commercial jingles including songs for The Hershey Company and Mercedes Benz. His songs have been featured in numerous television shows and movies including Sex And The City, 90210, Friday Night Lights, In America, Scooby Doo and Mtv's The Hills.
