(5) The Banks, etc., securities corporations, notifiers and financial futures traders may report in block, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, the matters specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance in regard to capital transactions, to which they have been parties or for which they have acted as an intermediary, agency or agent within a certain period of time, notwithstanding the provision of paragraph 1 or 2 for the Banks, etc. and securities corporations, the provision of paragraph 1 for notifiers, and the provision of paragraph 2 for financial futures traders.
