Article 30 (1) If a person (excluding persons to whom children are entrusted pursuant to laws and regulations and persons who merely lodge children) starts living together with a child other than children within the fourth degree of kinship at the person's own home (including the case of a single-person household) with the intention of living together for more than 3 months (or more than 1 month, if the child is an infant) or lives together at the person's own home for consecutive 2 months or more (or 20 days or more, if the child is an infant) by separating the child from the person who has parental authority or the guardian of a minor, that person living together shall notify the prefectural governor through the mayor of municipality within 3 months (or within 1 month, if the child is an infant) from the date of start of such living together; provided, however, that this shall not apply when such living together is discontinued within this notification period.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
