(2) If the duties of the employee do not comprise the provisions of Paragraph one of this Section, but are related to the field of activity of the employer, then the rights to the patent shall belong to the inventor. The employer in such case has the right to use the invention as a non-exclusive licensee without the rights to grant the licence to other persons.
