(9) The provisions of Article 135, paragraphs (2) to (4) inclusive, Article 136 to 140 inclusive, Article 155, Article 210, and Article 250 to 253 inclusive shall apply mutatis mutandis to the transfer of insurance contracts from the Bankrupt Insurance Company pertaining to the Underwriting of Insurance Contracts to the Participating Corporation.
