第二十三条　雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等に関する法律（昭和四十七年法律第百十三号）第十九条、第二十条第一項及び第二十一条から第二十六条までの規定は、前条第一項の調停の手続について準用する。この場合において、同法第十九条第一項中「前条第一項」とあるのは「短時間労働者の雇用管理の改善等に関する法律第二十二条第一項」と、同法第二十条第一項中「関係当事者」とあるのは「関係当事者又は関係当事者と同一の事業所に雇用される労働者その他の参考人」と、同法第二十五条第一項中「第十八条第一項」とあるのは「短時間労働者の雇用管理の改善等に関する法律第二十二条第一項」と読み替えるものとする。例文帳に追加

Article 23 The provisions of Article 19, paragraph 1 of Article 20 and Articles 21 to 26 inclusive of the Act on Securing, Etc. of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment (Act No. 113 of 1972) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the procedure of conciliation set forth in paragraph 1 of the preceding Article. 第一条　この法律は、我が国における少子高齢化の進展、就業構造の変化等の社会経済情勢の変化に伴い、短時間労働者の果たす役割の重要性が増大していることにかんがみ、短時間労働者について、その適正な労働条件の確保、雇用管理の改善、通常の労働者への転換の推進、職業能力の開発及び向上等に関する措置等を講ずることにより、通常の労働者との均衡のとれた待遇の確保等を図ることを通じて短時間労働者がその有する能力を有効に発揮することができるようにし、もってその福祉の増進を図り、あわせて経済及び社会の発展に寄与することを目的とする。例文帳に追加
