次の場合，すなわち，登録意匠が，登録時に，1968年著作権法に基づいて著作権が存在している美術的著作物に関して対応する意匠であった場合，及び当該意匠が，第18条を除けば，本法に基づいて登録されることがなかった筈の場合，及び美術的著作物における1968年著作権法に基づく著作権が，(本項を別として)意匠登録が効力停止となる日前に満了する場合は，意匠登録は，美術的著作物における著作権の満了と同時に停止し，その後は延長してはならない。例文帳に追加
