Aditya Thackeray is the son of Uddhav Thackeray, Executive President of Shiv Sena, and grandson of Balasaheb Thackeray. He is currently head of Yuva Sena, a youth wing of Shiv Sena. Aditya is presently studying B.A at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He made his debut with a bang, winning the Senate Elections for the University of Mumbai, capturing a record 8 out of 10 seats contested. Such a record has never been created before, and all the opposition had come together against the Yuva Sena. Ever since the Senate win, the Yuva Sena has solved a lot of student issues and problems in the university, ranging from small exam problems to problems like colleges demanding extra money from students for no given reasons.
