KITL-LP is a low power television station licensed to Boise, Idaho, owned by Family Radio. It broadcasts on analog channel 20 with 150 kW of power. It also has a construction permit for digital low power channel 20 with a lower power of 15 kW from the same transmitter. Since it is licensed for the same digital channel as its old analog channel, it is not allowed to simulcast in digital yet; it instead must perform a flash cut when it begins its digital broadcasts. Also, since the DTV transition in the United States does not affect low power stations, there is no deadline for it to broadcast only in digital.| 意味 |
