KXI96 (sometimes referred to as Russell All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves White County and adjacent areas in Arkansas. It is programmed from the National Weather Service Forecast Office in North Little Rock with its transmitter located in Russell. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for the following counties: Cleburne, Independence, Jackson, Lonoke, Monroe, Prairie, White, and Woodruff. It can also be heard in portions of Craighead, Cross, Lee, Poinsett, and St. Francis counties in Eastern Arkansas, even though it doesn't broadcast weather and hazard information alerts for those places. Cleburne, Lonoke, Prairie, and White counties are also covered by WXJ55 out of Little Rock.
