(1) 単一の類における同一の商品若しくは同一種類の商品又は単一の類における同一のサービス若しくは同一種類のサービスについての数個の商標が，重要な特徴においては相互に類似するが， (a) それら商標が使用され若しくは使用を予定される商品又はサービスについての陳述又は表示， (b) 数量，価格，品質若しくは場所の名称に関する陳述又は表示， (c) その他の事項で識別性がなく，かつ，それら商標の同一性に本質的な影響を及ぼさないもの，又は (d) 色彩，について異なり，かつ，それら商標の所有者であることを主張する者がそれら商標の登録を出願するときは，それら商標は，1の登録をもって連続したものとして登録することができる。［法律A881による改正］ - 特許庁

(1) Where a person, who claims to be the proprietor of several trade marks for the same goods or for goods of the same description within a single class, seeks to register those trade marks and the trade marks, although they resemble each other in material particulars, differ in respect of - (a) statements or representations as to the goods in respect of which the trade marks are used or proposed to be used; or (b) statements or representations as to number, price, quality or names of places; or (c) other matter which is not distinctive and does not substantially affect the identity of the trade marks; or (d) colour, or in respect of any two or more of those matters, the trade marks may be registered as a series in one registration.例文帳に追加
