Especially since some phones call 911 if you hold down one key on the phone for several seconds, it's easy to accidentally dial 911. On certain Nextel phones you hold down "9" for a couple of seconds and it dials 911.

     The Moto-G is the only one without a fingerprint sensor, which probably means it's more vulnerable to butt-dialing, unless they have new techniques I'm not familiar with.
