     Duryoen is a fruit that only groweth in Malacca, and is so much commended by those which have proved ye same, that there is no fruite in the world to bee compared with it: for they affirme, that in taste and goodnes it excelleth all kind of fruits, and yet when it is first opened, it smelleth like rotten onions, but in the taste the sweetnes and daintinesse thereof is tryed.
