毒性物質を結合させたモノクローナル抗体の一種。遠隔部位に転移した黒色腫に対する治療薬として研究されている。igg-rft5-dgaは製造ラボで作られる。この物質には、免疫系によるがん細胞への攻撃を妨害する特定の白血球を探し出してこれを殺傷する働きがある。「rft5-dga immunotoxin（rft5-dga免疫毒素）」とも呼ばれる。
