３　第五十三条、第五十四条又は前条の規定による処分の名あて人となるべき者の所在が判明しない場合における行政手続法第十五条第三項の規定の適用については、同項中「当該行政庁の事務所の掲示場に掲示することによって」とあるのは「鉱業権者の鉱業原簿に記載された住所の所在地の市役所、町村役場又はこれに準ずるものの掲示場に掲示するとともに、その掲示をした旨及びその要旨を官報に掲載することによって」と、「掲示を始めた日から二週間を経過したとき」とあるのは「掲示を始めた日又は官報に掲載した日のいずれか遅い日から十四日を経過した日」とする。例文帳に追加
