５　第一項の保険会社等又は外国保険会社等は、前項の公告の時において既に、第二百四十一条第一項の規定により業務の全部の停止を命ぜられ、又は第二百四十五条本文（第二百五十八条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）、この項本文、第二百五十四条第四項本文若しくは第二百五十五条の二第三項本文の規定によりその業務の全部を停止している場合を除き、当該公告の時から、その業務の全部（補償対象保険金支払業務及び特定補償対象契約解約関連業務を除く。）を停止しなければならない。ただし、当該保険会社等又は外国保険会社等の申出により、その業務の一部を停止しないことについて、内閣総理大臣が必要があると認めた場合には、当該業務の一部については、この限りでない。例文帳に追加
