(4) When the notification pursuant to the provision of paragraph (1) or (2) is made, and the Minister of MLIT finds it necessary, or when the notification set forth in the preceding paragraph is made, he/she shall order the reactor establisher or the operator of a foreign nuclear vessel to take necessary measures for preventing disasters resulting from nuclear fuel material, material contaminated by nuclear fuel material, or the reactors, and shall also instruct, through the Commander of the Japan Coast Guard, the director of the port pertaining to the notification set forth in paragraph (1) or (2) (in the case of a port other than one provided in the provision of Article 3 (2) of the Act on Port Regulations, the director of the Office of the Regional Coast Guard Headquarters who exercises authority as director of the port, pursuant to the provision of Article 37-3 of said Act) to take the necessary regulations concerning navigation of the relevant reactor vessels.発音を聞く - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
